The sector is beautiful, but the drainage system is a big problem. During heavy rains, the roads get waterlogged, which is very inconvenient. It's a major issue in an otherwise well-maintained locality.
The location is amazing. The DND Flyway is just a few minutes away, making my commute to Delhi super easy. It’s also close to the commercial hubs of Sector 18 and the DLF Mall of India for weekend entertainment. The rent is high, but the convenience is worth it.
Sector 30 is close to the Botanical Garden Metro station. It makes my daily commute smooth. The roads like Nithari Marg are wide and mostly traffic-free in the mornings. There are some nice parks.
The area has many schools like Delhi Public School that gives it a family-friendly vibe. I find the expressway traffic a bit noisy during peak hours, and the local streets sometimes get congested. There are good clinics nearby. Cleanliness has improved recently.
