This area is a rapidly developing residential zone with essential amenities, featuring Akashraj One Mall and City Pride School. This area has green parks, also it's near to Aundh–Ravet BRTS Road, Lifeline Multispeciality Hospital. This area also offers easy access to Akurdi railway station.

Sector 29 is a highly practical base for my tech career. I commute daily to the Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, and the proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Aundh-Ravet BRT Road makes my travel efficient and predictable. It offers a calm, well-connected environment to return to after a busy day in the IT corridor.

Living here is wonderful for our family's daily lifestyle. My children attend S.B. Patil Public School nearby, which makes the morning school run very smooth and convenient. For our healthcare requirements, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital is just a short, reliable drive away. We love spending our refreshing evenings at the Ravet Local Garden; it is a beautiful, green space for us.

Sector 29 is exceptionally useful for tenants due to its high walkability and proximity to essentials. With D-Mart and various local grocery markets, pharmacies, and cafes within walking distance, daily chores are effortless.
