Sector 26A has great apartments and gated complexes but rent is somewhat higher than what you will find in nearby areas. But still, I prefer this area for safety because most apartments are well guarded and have CCTV

It is a well organised locality in my opinion. There are many blocks and lanes and most of them are clean and well maintained. it is very safe for families and also bachelors. What I also love is the number of big malls nearby like seasons, the shopping mall etc

We own a house in DLF Phase 1 and the locality has so many things to offer. Inner lanes are peaceful than the ones close to the main road. Some independent houses have higher maintainence costs. but still great area to live in with family

I stayed here during my workshop program for 1 year. Loved the safety but landlords usually ask for 6-12 months of security deposit which feels like a huge financial burden.

Sector 26A is a great locality for investors. Good connectivity through road and metro. World class social amenities , especially the hospitals and malls around. rental demand is also great so you can just buy to rent.
