This is a very safe area but garbage pickup and roads are in bad condition.

Family friendly area with affordbale rents but power cut is a everyday thing here.

Too much traffic during peak hours. I would suggest that you leave early or else you will be stuck for 1-2 hours.

Not a luxury location, but very reliable. You won’t get big spikes in returns, but the risk is also pretty low.

One of my biggest complaints is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby. It becoming hard to live here a we have keep our doors and widows closed all the time.
