Visisted this place once and it was kind of okay. I also didn't spot any shops near the place I went to.
Most homes here are well built, and the crowd is decent. What I’d love to see is more community areas or parks with proper upkeep.
One advantage is the low vacancy rate. Flats here don’t sit empty for long, but you may need to be patient with price growth.
Commute to Cyber City is just 5 minutes via the internal roads. Metro station is very close by. The main road signal gets jammed heavily during evening rush hours, but daily travel is sorted.
Rent is on the higher side here. Houses are decent but water supply comes only in the mornings for 2 hours. Getting shared autos from the main lane is easy.
Walking is tough because cars are parked randomly on the footpaths. The inner sector roads have big potholes that never get repaired. It gets very noisy on weekends.
Great place for bachelors or students. Plenty of food trucks, messes, and tiffin options near the corporate blocks. The area feels extremely safe even late at night, FR.
Footfall for my daily needs shop is good since many corporate people live around. MCG garbage collection is regular. Only issue is zero customer parking space on the main lane.
Power backup is steady across most complexes here. The basic drainage works fine and roads don't flood during normal monsoons. Supermarkets and chemist shops are just a short walk away.
Very safe and secure atmosphere. Good clinics and basic schools are right inside or next to the sector lines. Street lighting is proper throughout the main walking lanes.
Visiting friends here is easy via the highway but finding a visitor parking slot is a nightmare. Autos overcharge a lot if you don't use the mobile apps.
Rental yields are top notch because of the corporate workforce living next door. Basic infrastructure like water lines and broad roads are in place and working fine.
The area has become a massive concrete jungle now. Dust from nearby construction blocks is constant and traffic under the metro line is jammed all day. It has lost its peace completely.
