There is very limited transport here and you need your own vehicle to go around. The roads are also not in that of a good shape.

Rent is on the higher side compared to older parts of Gurgaon, but the space and cleanliness are worth it.

Visisted this place once and it was kind of okay. I also didn't spot any shops near the place I went to.

Most homes here are well built, and the crowd is decent. What I’d love to see is more community areas or parks with proper upkeep.

One advantage is the low vacancy rate. Flats here don’t sit empty for long, but you may need to be patient with price growth.
