Some parts of the sector is cool and pleasant and while some older parts need redevelopment. The lanes are narrow and drainage issues keep ruining the cleanliness of the area.

I have mixed thoughts about the locality. It's safe and has good connectivity to different transit options but on the other hand, space is limited. parking on public places is tough. some parts have bad roads and not pedestrian friendly. I also wish there were more cafes within the sector

Rent is fine and much cheaper than central noida. But the amenities are limited. less food options and good hangout places. I only like the Brahmapura Market here and the metro also helps sometimes to commute far

Good footfall mainly around brahmapura market. This actually helps with the rental demand. Also, the cricket stadium nearby supports long-term appreciation

I like the calm vibe of this locality. The sector 23 Park is just close to my apartment and it feels very peaceful to live here. I am just a little concerned about the street lighting fluctuations in some lanes that make it difficult to walk after a certain time
