Sector 108 is a clean and organised area. It feels more planned and less chaotic. My office is in Sector 135, so travel via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is quite smooth. There are decent cafes and daily stores nearby.

The area is peaceful, and the greenery around Central Park adds to the quality of life. Security is strong, and the neighbourhood feels safe even late in the evening. Schools like Jaypee Public School are close.

Sector 108 has a slightly premium feel. Roads are good. What I like is the peaceful environment, less noise and less crowd. Good for families.

Its location along the expressway ensures excellent connectivity to corporate hubs. Demand from professionals working in nearby sectors keeps rental occupancy high. The presence of reputed schools and planned infrastructure increases its appeal.

The authority water supply timings are erratic. Security guards inside the sector block guest entries unnecessarily, creating long queues at the main gate entry.

Rents are around 22k for a decent space which is fair for Noida. Sector parks are large and great for morning running. Peaceful vibe.

Top schools are close by so kids save travel time. However, there are no local grocery markets inside the sector, have to drive out daily.

Wide sector roads, zero waterlogging in monsoons, and proper garbage management. It is a highly sorted and planned area to live with family peacefully.

Stray dog menace inside the sector parks makes walking impossible for old people. Streetlights in back lanes do not work, feels isolated at night.

Visiting friends is fine because visitor parking space is available outside blocks. But getting a shared auto or e-rickshaw quickly from here is tough.

High appreciation because of the premium location and good connectivity to the expressway. Corporate professionals prefer renting floors here, high rental yields.

The area is too quiet and lonely, no happening street food scenes or student hangouts close by. It feels like a plain residential zone... okayish.
