Visited a friend staying here near Jaypee Wish Town. Parking is easy near internal roads but no decent places to eat nearby. You have to order online for basic snacks or go far. Okayish place, nothing much around...
Rent demand is high because of tech parks along Expressway. Rents here go around 32k for 2BHK easily. Basic shops are coming up fast near housing pockets, so living here is getting easier now. Good for long term.
Water supply is given for only two hours morning and evening... remaining time we depend on tankers. Also dust from nearby vacant lots is too much, daily cleaning needed. TBH rent of 28k is not worth this pain.
Clean roads and very less traffic inside Sector 128. Morning walks near Jaypee greens area feel safe and quiet. Jaypee Hospital is right here for medical emergencies which gives peace of mind. Really enjoy staying here.
Quiet sector to stay for short visit. Getting cab or auto takes 15 minutes minimum unless you book early on app. Roads are wide but walking on footpaths is hard because of overgrown grass everywhere...
Sector 128 is right on Noida Expressway, so location wise super solid. Traffic moves fast here even in peak hours compared to central Noida signals. Gated pockets are secure and maintenance across streets is mostly fine.
Night time feels totally deserted around here, especially near internal village roads. Street lights are off half the time. No local markets nearby, for every small thing 10 rupees auto or drive is needed. Not safe feeling after 9 PM.
Driving to Greater Noida or Gurgaon is smooth via Expressway. Air is cleaner here compared to city center. Garbage is collected properly every morning. Only bad thing is evening traffic jam near Sultanpur cut.
