Rents are decent compared to central Noida, but you definitely need a bike to survive here. Getting e-rickshaws to Sector 76 metro in the morning takes time, and night streetlights on the inner roads are still sketchy.

Living near Sorkha side means the main roads connect fast to FNG, but internal drainage gets choked easily during monsoon heavy rains. Local vegetable stalls are cheap, though proper markets are mostly in neighbouring sectors.

Street cleaning in the open stretches is completely ignored by authorities. Empty plots near Harit Upvan have turned into informal garbage dump spots, and the dust from passing trucks on the main bypass is constant.

Cabs arrive within 5 minutes, which makes travelling to my Sector 62 office totally sorted. Sector 101 Aqua Line station is just a short auto ride away, so daily transit to work is fairly smooth.

Rental demand from corporate workers is solid because prices in central sectors went crazy. Dadri Main Road connects everything well, but last mile internal street paving needs serious work to boost overall value.

Morning walks are tricky because broken footpaths make walking unsafe. Local pharmacies near Apex hospital are handy for basic medicines, but the loud traffic noise from the main road in the evening is deeply annoying.

Driving through during peak hours is a pain near Sorkha signal. Finding parking near the local market shops is pure luck... better to just park on the wider main sector roads and walk in.

Super chill area for PG living on a budget. Local food joints near the main street serve cheap meals, and shared e-rickshaws to the Sector 50 metro station cost only 20 rupees.

Delivery trucks can easily reach us via the main road connections, which helps business. But power cuts during peak summer afternoon hours mean we have to run back-up generators constantly, adding to costs.

Water supply timing is completely unpredictable... some mornings we get water for only 1 hour. Plus auto drivers near the main junction overcharge double after 9 PM if you don't haggle hard.
