Sector 104 is close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which makes my drive to my office at Stellar IT Park easy. The area has good residential and commercial spaces. Starling Mall is right here for quick shopping trips.​

It is strategically located and offers a variety of properties, from apartments in projects to independent floors. Property rates are still reasonable. The employment hubs like Embassy Oxygen Business Park are nearby. As a result, the potential for rental income and appreciation is huge.​

Sector 104 is nice for families. My kids go to Fortune World School, which is good. It's a relief to have excellent hospitals like PrimaCare just around the corner. For fun, the kids love play areas and parks.

The area is close to Sector 81 Metro, but it is not really walkable, so I have to rely on autos. We face unexpected power cuts and sometimes issues with water quality.

Sector 104 is okay, but on the market side, it is chaotic. Vendors often block the roadsides. The power supply is also unreliable at times.
