Block M is a quiet area..not much congested so peaceful..but you won't find many residential apartments here..

super convenient if you want to stay in the heart of Noida without paying crazy rents.

My fav part about living here is the Berco's..its like 1 km away from my flat and my go to for chinsese cuisine

the area is old but the sense of community in Block M is much better than the new high-rise societies

M block is generally safe but after 8-9pm the streets get dark and doesnt have proper lighting..

M block is generally safe but after 8-9pm the streets get dark and doesnt have proper lighting..

Renting here is getting costly but at least markets are right outside. I get everything like milk and veggies within 2 minutes walk. Only issue is the water timing, it comes only for 2 hours in the morning so you have to store it.

The roads here are a big mess right now. Sector 12 internal lanes are full of deep potholes and the local authority people never come to clear the garbage piles from the corners. It smells bad and looks totally ugly...

Streets are safe enough for walking even after dark. Streetlights are working properly on most roads here, and there are a couple of decent small parks nearby where people can sit while kids play on the grass.

Travel is very easy from this area because the metro station is close by. Shared autos charge just 20 rupees to drop you there. Good choice if your office is in Noida or Delhi, saves a lot of time daily.

Evening traffic near the main block market is becoming a daily headache. Too many cars are parked wrongly on the main road itself, which leaves zero space for walking. The whole lane gets completely blocked by 7 PM.

M block feels calm area to live. No major noise from the main roads reaches the inside blocks, and small clinics are available right around the corner for any quick medicine needs. Very satisfied with the peace here.

Finding parking for a car here is a nightmare. Every single lane is packed with vehicles from the people living here. I usually have to take 3 rounds of the block just to find one tight spot.

Rents are rising fast in M Block and houses don't stay empty for long. The location is the main plus point. Definitely a solid place to buy if you want steady monthly income from tenants.

Water logging happens instantly near the main junction whenever it rains even a little. The drains are totally choked here, so you get stuck wading through dirty water just to get food from the local mess. TBH it is annoying.

Footpaths are completely broken or taken over by illegal stalls, so people are forced to walk on the road. It gets risky with bikes speeding past closely. Walking around the area is not easy at all...

Noida Sector 15 metro station on the Blue Line is just 10 minutes away by e-rickshaw, which makes going to office super easy. Rent is around 14k for a decent room, and daily grocery shops are right inside the block.

Parking cars inside M Block internal lanes is an absolute nightmare every evening. Residents park on both sides, so turning a car gets stuck badly. Water supply pressure in high summer gets very low too.

Commuting towards Delhi or Greater Noida is very easy using the nearby main road and metro access. Shared rickshaws run constantly. The main junction gets jammed during peak evening hours, but public transport options are solid.

Sector parks inside M Block are green and nice for morning walks. Local pharmacies and vegetable vendors are within short walking distance. Footpaths on main block roads are broken in places though, so walking needs attention.

Affordable PGs and food messes around Sector 12 and 22 markets make living costs low. E-rickshaw to the metro costs only 10 rupees. Streets stay busy till late, so walking back from classes feels quite safe.

Open drains near the market corner overflow during heavy monsoon rains and smell awful. Delivery vans always get stuck because of cars parked randomly along narrow lanes. Garbage removal by authority is also very irregular.

Metro Hospital and good schools like Cambridge School are very close by, which gives great peace of mind. Daily necessities are easily bought from local block shops. The block feels safe and green for evening family walks.

Water supply comes only for limited hours morning and evening, so storing water is a daily task. Streetlights on a few internal side lanes stay broken for weeks. Traffic near the main Sector 12 signal keeps getting heavier.

I drop by every week for work. Getting autos or e-rickshaws from the main sector stand is very quick. Plenty of small tea stalls and eating spots near the block market... parking a car can be tricky though.

Rental demand from IT professionals and students is always high in Sector 12. Houses never stay vacant for long, though old construction and lane parking issues slow down major property resale value growth.
