Bought land here 10 years ago. Didn’t expect it to grow so much. Now there are apartments, schools, even good road links to Pune. But still, power cuts happen often in some areas. Need better basic services.

We’re a small family and recently shifted here. There’s a nearby clinic, and our daughter goes to a local school. Environment is good, but emergency services are far from some parts.

I chose Saswad after retirement for peace. Hills and park are nearby, air is clean, and the place still has that small-town charm. Life is slow, which I like. Only issue is medical facilities aren’t that great yet.

I found Saswad quiet and open. It’s away from city noise, and there’s greenery. It may not have all city comforts now, but it has future value. Good for long-term thinking, not short-term gain.

I work remotely in IT, and Saswad gives me a quiet setup. Rent is very affordable, and the surroundings are peaceful. Internet speed is decent for work. Not many cafes or coworking spots, though.

Buses to Pune city are available from the main stand but the commute takes over an hour. Rent is very cheap, around 8k for a roomy flat, which helps save money.

All daily needs shops, vegetable vendors, and local markets are within walking distance. Walking around is simple. Only downside is the heavy traffic at the main corner junction.

The walking spaces are broken and inner roads have big potholes. Crossing the road near the market area is risky because local bikes speed through without caring.

Good place for students on a tight budget. Local food joints and messes serve meals at very less cost. The neighborhood feels safe and calm in the evenings.

Heavy vehicles block the narrow main bazaar lane daily, cutting down customer entry. Parking space is zero. Municipal garbage collection is the only thing working on time.

Water supply timings are fixed every morning and pressure is okay. The outer colony pockets are peaceful, away from the loud town center noise. Streetlights work fine.

Basic schools and small clinics are nearby, so no long travel needed. The area is quiet and safe for evening walks. Main roads get crowded only on weekly market days.

I come here for weekend visits. The approach roads from the ghat side have heavy truck traffic. Finding a proper car parking spot in the main town area is impossible.

Good long term land value as the town is growing. Basic electricity is stable. Rental market is growing slowly with families preferring independent houses over small flats.

Drainage lines are completely open and stink badly during monsoons. Water supply timing has become erratic this year. The local body needs to fix the basic roads soon... total mess.
