I have a flat in Sangvi for 7 years. The area is peaceful with wide roads and good street lighting. Daily needs like groceries and clinics are within walking distance. However, parking can be tight in and around older buildings.

As a resident here, I appreciate the locality's central location and access to public transport. The area is generally safe and clean, but the garbage collection system requires improvement.

It's a safe and affordable locality in Pune. I was looking for something like this when I shifted Pune for my job. I have lived in Central Pune before, and this area is not as fancy or posh as Hinjewadi or Koregaon Park, but it will give you a quality life at low cost of living.

I explored this area when I was considering relocation. What I liked was the location and accessibility to metro and public transport. But some areas here felt congested and too crowded. It also lacks high-end shopping malls nearby.

Renting here has its own advantages. Affordable housing options are plenty. Spacious apartments and modern amenities. The community is vibrant, neighbors are helpful. It's a quiet residential area with good connectivity.
