The locality is safe and well-lit, even at night. It's a pet-friendly neighborhood with good public transport options too. Rent is decent too.

Rajendra Place is a prime location for commercial investments. The area has a few residential apartments too but the demand for office spaces is higher. I bought a retail space here in 2022 and the vale has risen by 8.4% as compared to last year. Good locality for investors.

I have rented my residential property here and the demand is great. The area is safe and provides easy access to essential amenities. Maintainence costs are high though.

Living here is convenient with nearby markets and eateries. However, the rental prices are slightly higher compared to other areas

I have visited Connought place and rajendra park before, and the area looks vibrant in the evening. It's more like a commercial area than a residential one, so the traffic is also insane here.
