As a tenant, I found Rahul Nagar peaceful and family-friendly. Essential shops are nearby, and commuting to Kothrud or Deccan is easy. The only porblem is that the area lacks parking spaces.

I had rented a 1BHK here for over a year. The rent is resonable, there is good water supply, and less traffic noise. I just felt the area is crowded. Properties are too closely constructed in the area. I felt suffocated at times.

I have a property here for almost 3 years now and have a good rental income monthly. Very happy with my decision of having a property here and is planning to invest in another soon.

A couple of months ago, I visited a friend in Rahul Nagar and quite liked the area. The locality gave me a homely vibe. Local shops and bakeries are convenient, and it’s surprisingly peaceful despite being close to main roads. Traffic management is however poor here.

We are living in Rahul Nagar since 2017. It is a calm, well-connected, and great area to live in but the upcoming metro construction is causing several troubles. Traffic congestion has become a daily issues and road condition has deteriorated a lot.
