I’ve been renting a 2BHK in Quthbullapur for six months. It’s peaceful, with plenty of local shops and a friendly neighborhood. Commute to Balanagar is easy, though traffic during peak hours can be annoying.

I own a flat here and rent it to a working couple. Occupancy has never been an issue. Location works well for employees in the industrial corridor nearby.

Quthbullapur offers good rental options for people like me working in Jeedimetla. Affordable rents and a lot of independent houses are available. Only downside is fewer branded stores or cafes.

Living in Quthbullapur has been a positive experience. My neighbors are cooperative, and the roads have improved in the past two years. Real estate appreciation has been slow but steady.

I chose Quthbullapur for lower rent and larger space. It’s a bit far from central Hyderabad, but you get good value for the price. Clean, but needs more parks and entertainment zones.

Schools, shops, etc., are all nearby but there are powercuts sometimes. Other than that, we also face water shortage during summer months.

Prices are reasonable, and development around the industrial and IT zones keeps pushing demand up. Appreciation is slow but steady.
