Schools, shops, etc., are all nearby but there are powercuts sometimes. Other than that, we also face water shortage during summer months.

This is a calm and growing residential area. My tenants prefer it for its affordability and peaceful surroundings. The locality is safe, but drainage during rains could improve.

It has good schools, grocery stores, and daily essentials nearby. Some roads are still developing, but the area is calm and family-friendly.

Prices are reasonable, and development around the industrial and IT zones keeps pushing demand up. Appreciation is slow but steady.
