Honestly, this area worked out well for my daily routine. My office near Pune University is not too far, and metro access from Bopodi helps a lot. Even buses are easily available. Rent is still manageable compared to Aundh side.

Pragati Nagar has improved slowly. Earlier it felt a bit quiet, but now shops and services have come up. Roads like Aundh Road keep us connected to main areas. It’s still peaceful.

Pragati Nagar is quite convenient. Everything from groceries to small eateries is within walking distance. I usually go to Westend Mall on weekends. The roads inside are not too noisy, which I like after work. Plus, Khadki metro is not very far.

When I first looked at this area, it felt like a steady market rather than a risky one. Demand is consistent because of nearby colleges and IT offices. Prices are still lower than Aundh, so there is some scope for growth. Metro access is a strong advantage.

The location is good if you work around Aundh or Bopodi, but internal roads are a bit narrow in some parts. Parking is also a small issue. On the plus side, hospitals like Sahyadri are nearby, so that’s helpful.
