well living on Pragathi Nagar Road is a daily struggle with traffic. Getting past the Pragathi Nagar arch during peak hours takes forever. The noise from constant office buses and heavy vehicles is exhausting...

Apartments close to pragathi nagar road is actually well maintained and spacious..but ssome streets get waterlogged, and becomes messy to even reach the main road...

its a lively neighborhood. yes the road traffic is annoying but thats with all metro cities.

Pragathi Nagar Road is hitting a saturation point. While rental demand is high, the quality of the neighborhood is deteriorating due to the high densification.

its not that bad honestly..i love the temples and markets around.,it makes the area feel vibrant and well lit.. some parts nearby feel congested though so careful with the parking

Commute to Kukatpally side is fine but the main arch junction gets heavily jammed during morning rush hours. Bus connectivity is decent. Getting daily items on the way back is simple.

Rent is fair for independent portions here. Local vegetable markets and supermarkets are right outside the lane gates. Water is supplied only for 2 hours every alternate morning.

Walking inside the colony is difficult because cars are parked randomly on both sides of the street. Footpaths are absent. It gets very noisy during weekend evening crowds near the lake side.

Superb location for bachelors. Lots of cheap food courts, tiffin stalls, and photocopy shops around. Shared autos are easily available to go to the main road at low rates, NGL.

Customer footfall is great because of the high residential density in this sector. Garbage collection by the municipal van is regular. Main headache is limited parking slots for loading vans.

Power supply is steady with minimal cuts. The inner layout lines are secure and well lit at night. Chemist shops and basic clinics are just a short walk away from the house.

Many preschools and kids clinics are located close by. The area feels safe for family walks in the evening. Traffic on the outer road stretch is heavy but internal lanes are fine.

I come here for family visits frequently. Finding a spot to park a car on the street is a big nightmare. Autos overcharge a lot if you do not use the mobile apps.

High rental demand from corporate employees working in nearby tech hubs. Basic sewage and road networks are fully functioning. Properties get rented out within a week usually.

The area has become too congested over the years. Groundwater has gone down completely this year and we rely on private tankers now. Too much dust and vehicle smoke all day.
