I was surprised how peaceful it felt compared to other parts of Chennai. It has a laid-back vibe. Not many big shops, but everything basic is there.

I own two flats here and both are rented out. Tenants prefer this place because of airport access and low rent. Maintenance in some stretches is an issue though.

I have been living in Pozhichalur as its peaceful with affordable rent and less noise. Proximity to the airport is helpful, but flights overhead can be loud at times. Essentials are nearby.

Property here is affordable and rental demand is steady. Best part is that it's still not over-commercialized like nearby areas. Good for long-term investments.

We moved here for cheaper rent and peaceful surroundings. It’s away from the chaos of central Chennai. Buses are okay, but not very frequent after 9 PM.
