This area has lots of IT hubs and parks in here with lots of places to explore from this area. It has greater connectivity and roadways are decent in here.

Bought a flat here at a low price. The returns haven’t been great, but there's steady growth. The locality lacks major schools or hospitals which affects resale appeal.

My home here is spacious and affordable compared to central Chennai. But with fewer public amenities and no proper streetlights, the area feels a bit neglected after dark.

Rented a 2BHK here for the peaceful surroundings. My kids love the open space, and rents are low. But the lack of supermarkets and a distant bus stop make daily errands harder.

I purchased a 3BHK here for retirement. It’s calm, green, and peaceful. The only downside is distance from hospitals and shopping hubs. You need a car for everything.

Tharapakkam is quiet and affordable, which suits my remote work lifestyle. But commuting to the city takes time, and Ola/Uber availability is low, especially after 8 pm.
