As a visitor, I found Anakaputhur to be calm with plenty of local eateries. It's not posh, but has a charming, small-town vibe.

As a tenant in Anakaputhur, I enjoy the affordable rent and access to grocery stores, but frequent water supply issues can be frustrating during summer months.

I bought a plot in Anakaputhur for investment. The prices are still low, and I believe development near the airport will boost returns in a few years.

Living in Anakaputhur as an owner is peaceful. It's not too crowded, and I appreciate the proximity to the GST Road and Pallavaram.

I rented a 2BHK here and find it budget-friendly. Buses are available, but the roads need some improvement, especially during monsoon.

I invested in a house here 7 years ago. It’s yielded decent returns, and demand from airport employees keeps the rental market alive.
