From Phulenagar, I get easy access to Nagar Road, Shivaji Nagar, and even Koregaon Park. PMPML buses and shared autos are common. But there aren’t enough parks or open spaces. The environment feels urban and cramped.
Good for long-term profits. The area is developing slowly. With increasing connectivity and developing road conditions in Yerwada and Airport Road zone, I believe Phulenagar will see better infrastructure over the next few years
