Being a techie, what I like is you’re not too far from major office hubs and the commute isn’t terrible. But when there’s rain or a big event, many access roads get blocked and you’ll wish you were one lane back from the main road

I feel this part of Delhi is much reasonable than most areas in South Delhi. Patel nagar has all the conveniences. there's shadipur metro, many affordable to premium apartments and other social infrastructure

Maintainence costs are higher here and many societies' charges have gone up. Buildings are aging so renovations will be necessary. despite all this, this is a very desirable area in west delhi especially for families

Patel Nagar is renowned for its location and infrastructure. Its mostly student oriented as popular colleges come here under DU. This is also why many families prefer this so rental yield is high and vacancy is low.

Patel Nagar is a fancy area that everybody wants to live in. Its great for college students and working professionals and even families wanting to settle down. What I love about it is the vibrant surroundings even at night. the college area is sometimes too crowded but feels lively.
