I am living in a rented 2BHK here for over a year. It’s a serene and safe place with low traffic. However, rent is high here compared to Erandwane

I love the peaceful mornings and quiet nights here. The area feels posh yet homely. The only downside is the narrow internal roads, which get congested when multiple cars are parked.

I like the calm streets and clean surroundings. The apartments are quite old but spacious. I have no major complaints, but the lack of a nearby supermarket causes a bit inconvenience.

We are living here for 9 years now and appreciate the peaceful, green surroundings and cooperative neighbors. But the lack of parking spaces do create problems.

I gave my flat on rent in Panchawati two years ago. It’s in a calm area and tenants like the location. But buses are less and maintenance is a bit costly for the rent earned.
