I live here with my family and find the locality peaceful. Roads are not good as waterlogging issues are there.

Shops, clinics, eateries are all a quick walk away. The area is safe and always well-lit even at nights.

Property rates are affordable here, so buying a house isn't difficult. Public transportaion is there but bus stop is always crowded and not maintained property which leads to too much littering.

I moved in here recently, and like the area for its safety, cleanliness, and easy access to markets. Travelling is easy because of the metro. But traffic really slows down the commute.

Rent is cheap here, and the area has lots of spacious properties at affordable rates. Markets are usually crowded in the evening, and sometimes becomes dusty.

I work in IT and my office is in Andheri, so this location works okay for me. Trains are accessible and autos are easy to find. The rent is affordable compared to nearby areas. There are many food stalls and local shops around.

The area is not modern, but there is strong rental demand from students and working people. Property prices have slowly increased. The main attraction for me was steady rent and low maintenance cost. A decent choice for first-time investors.

I own a flat here that I rent out. The area is not very posh but it’s practical. Shops, clinics and small eateries are close by. The building is old but the society takes care of repairs.

We chose Padmavati Nagar mainly the public transport facilities. Local trains and buses are nearby. There’s a small park where we go for a walk in the morning. Noise is a bit much during weekends.

It is a busy area with lots of people around. The local market was full of fresh vegetables and groceries. Not too clean in some corners, but felt quite safe. The autos are easy to find.
