Living in N block is quite chill because everything is right here. The local market has all the vegetables and groceries needed daily. Only issue is finding parking for cars on the internal streets in the evening.

The drainage system in Sector 12 is getting worse. Whenever it rains for even an hour, the roads near N block completely fill up with water. It takes hours for the water to clear out.

The parks inside N block are kept very clean and have plenty of trees. It feels very safe for walking around even after 8 PM. Having schools and small clinics nearby makes life very easy.

Traveling to office from here is manageable since shared autos run constantly to the Sector 15 metro station. But the traffic jam at the Sector 12/22 main crossroad during morning peak hours is a proper headache.

Water comes twice a day for fixed hours and the pressure is quite good now. The streets are mostly quiet and there is no unnecessary noise. It is a very stable and decent area to stay.

Walking on the footpaths here is very tough because people park their bikes everywhere. Street lights near the corners do not work half the time, making it quite dark and risky after sunset...

Finding an auto to N block is easy from anywhere in Noida but the drivers always ask for 50 rupees extra. The main market area is good for street food, though it gets too crowded on weekends.

Rents here are touching 22k for standard flats now, which is great. The location is the main plus point since the commercial hubs of Sector 63 are just 15 minutes away by car.

The electricity cuts during summers are just too much in this block, sometimes going on for 2 hours straight. The whole area feels very stuffy and dusty because of some constant road repair work going on.

Getting stock delivered to my shop near the block is simple during afternoons. But evening traffic makes the main access road totally packed, so customers avoid coming because there is absolutely zero space to park...
