I moved here from Kothrud and found the rent to be reasonable, cheaper than areas like Sahakar Nagar or Wanowrie but still well-connected. But some inner lanes are in bad shape because of poor drainage and lots of potholes

What I love the most about the area is its peaceful environment. It's also close to several bus stops and has good connectivity.

While many areas are getting redeveloped into high-rises with amenities, Mitha Nagar still has mostly mid-rise, old-style apartments. Good thing is that properties are affordable and good well-appreciated.

Safe and family-friendly locality. As a single women, I feel safe living here. The area is not very crowded and people are mostly polite and friendly.

Good for students. Rental accomodations are very reasonable and the area feels safe. But there's limited social life. No good cafes nearby. There is no nightlife too. Streets become deserted after 10 pm
