I like Mangdewadi’s peaceful vibe and low pollution levels. It is ideal for retirees like me. Property prices are slowly rising. The only concern is hospitals or medical stores are not nearby. I have to travel far for basic medicines.

I visited the area to attend a meeting and liked the area. The area is peaceful and there are so many trees. Roads are narrow, so that's an issue. Parking spaces are also less.

Living in Mangdewadi has been mostly good. The area is developing fast and people are friendly. But public transport is limited, so we often have to depend on autos or private vehicles to get around but it gets very costly

We love living here because of the quiet surroundings and fresh air. The area is clean and safe for families. Only drawback is that shopping options are very less here.

I own a 1BHK in Mangdewadi and is earning regular rental income from it. The roads, however, need better maintenance and a few more shops would be better
