A lot of working professionals and young folks live here as the public transport here is great and rent is kidn of low.

It’s easy to rent out property here, especially near Mindspace or Infinity Mall. Still, dealing with society rules and tenants who break them is a task.

I have seen the area change from good to bad. It was so green around a decade ago but now polution is everywhere.

Staying in Malad has been convenient thanks to the metro and train connectivity but some pockets feel way too crowded for comfort.

I’ve seen moderate but consistent appreciation over the years. It's steady and that is good for long-term approach.
