It’s a peaceful place, and our society has good security. However, it’s hard to get an auto during odd hours. Public transport isn't great.

Good place for families, especially with schools and clinics nearby. But expect slow internet especially during evenings and mobile signal can drop in a few areas too which is annoying.

Kutwal Colony may not look very premium now, but with the airport and Vimannagar IT belt so close, I’m optimistic. The ROI isn't booming like Hinjewadi or Wagholi but it's steady.

It has good open spaces and is relatively quieter than other busy areas in Pune. The only thing is that the area has limited nightlife or any kind of vibrancy. No cafes or pubs nearby.

I moved here post-retirement. It’s peaceful and less crowded than city areas. Maintenance is reasonable. However, it’s a bit disconnected if you don’t drive and some lanes have bad street lighting.
