Rental properties are very nice here. Affordable and spacious. Air quality is good, area is green, but it's a bit away from Central Pune. It's fine for temporary stays.
I feel the area offers great value but not for everyone. It depends on your goals. If you're looking for quick returns, this will disappoint you. I bought a land here 10 years ago and built a property. The rental income isn't great but good for a side income hussle.
