Mangadewadi is village having less connectivity. It is a green, peaceful and safe area. All necessary aminities are avaliable nearby.

While the rent is reasonable and I love the peaceful nature, I do struggle with public transport here. Even finding an auto is difficult. Better to have your own vehicle

It's less crowded and has more open space. Basic infrastructure like hospitals, clinics, markets are available but nothing more than that. To go to a shopping mall, you will have to travel far

The area has developed a lot in the past decade but basic things like roads and streetlights are not being taken into consideration. Internal lanes are unsafe to walk alone at evening due to lack of lighting. Roads are also underdeveloped with potholes and patches

Rental properties are very nice here. Affordable and spacious. Air quality is good, area is green, but it's a bit away from Central Pune. It's fine for temporary stays.

I feel the area offers great value but not for everyone. It depends on your goals. If you're looking for quick returns, this will disappoint you. I bought a land here 10 years ago and built a property. The rental income isn't great but good for a side income hussle.
