I decided to invest in Karala because property prices are still affordable. It’s a bit away from the main city, but the price difference makes it worth it. However, there’s not much development in terms of malls or high-end amenities yet.

I’ve been living in Karala for over 8 years. It’s a quiet locality with mostly residential buildings. It’s not as congested as other areas of Delhi, and the environment is calm. However, the roads could be better, and public transport is limited.

Karala is a peaceful, less crowded area, perfect if you want to escape the noise of the city. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and schools are all within a short drive. However, public transport is limited, and you may need a car or bike.

Living in Karala is affordable, and it offers a decent lifestyle. The roads are wide and less congested. It’s good for families as there are schools and parks around.

I work in Rohini, and Karala is well-connected by road, so commuting is not too bad. The neighborhood is safe, and it’s easy to get vegetables and daily needs from local markets. The only downside is the lack of restaurants or cafes to hang out.
