love the lifestyle here... I can walk to the naini lake in just 5 mins or grab a coffee at Starbucks nearby.. ido feel the rent is high but the spacious builder floors and the sophisticated neighborhood make it completely worth the money:)

The traffic inside the main market lanes is a total nightmare on weekends. If you drive a car, finding parking near the local shops will test your patience

air is slightly better than the rest of the city bec of the greenery and the coronation park..it is an expensive area to maintain thouh

the area feels very upscale and safe with regular police patrols
