Laxmi Nagar is close to Goregaon station and Link Road so commute is easy. autos everywhere. Rent is still slightly better than Andheri side. Lanes are narrow though, and parking is almost impossible unless your building has space.

Living here for over a decade. good for families and the area feels very settled and safe. the bangur nagar metro is very close to my flat
