Rented a floor in Islampur Village last year. It's affordable and close to Sector 39, but the internal roads can get messy during rains. Otherwise, it’s fairly peaceful.

Bought a builder floor here for rental income. Tenants are mostly bachelors and service workers. Rent comes on time, and the demand stays consistent due to nearby commercial zones. Rent is however very low here

Stayed as a paying guest in Islampur during my internship. The area is very affordable, has local food joints, and is close to Medanta and Unitech Cyber Park. However, I did not like the area much. Properties here are too small and traffic congestion used to be a daily problem.

During my visit here last month, I felt mix of urban and rural vibes. Narrow roads, but decent food joints and kirana stores nearby. Affordable for students and workers but not that great for long -term living.

I invested in a plot here in 2020. Rates have steadily increased. Proximity to NH-48 and Sohna Road is a big plus. It’s slowly urbanizing, though infrastructure still needs improvement.
