if you're on a budget, this is a good area to choose..rent is cheaper than other vikaspuri areas..there are markets, parks and restaurants nearby too
I have lived in Indira Camp 3 for years and have built my house bit by bit on this small plot. the best part is the convenience of having everything from clinics to grocery stores within a minute's walk. We are very close to schools, hospitals and other imp stuffs...
I’ve noticed that power cuts are more frequent here than in the main Vikaspuri blocks. It is a rough neighborhood that is functional but lacks any real comfort. I’m planning to move out as soon as I can afford a better place in a gated colony..
thought about selling and moving to a better block, but the prices elsewhere are out of my reach. My house is a source of rental income too, as I’ve built a couple of extra rooms for tenants on the top floor. This helps with the bills, but dealing with tenants in such a crowded space is a headache

Traffic is a permanent nightmare near Indira Camp 3 Vikaspuri. Water supply is erratic and we have to rely on private tankers daily. Very frustrating.
This part of Delhi is well connected. I can easily find shared autos and buses for office. Lots of food choices and shops around.
Very noisy area with constant vehicle sounds. Garbage is dumped on corners and not cleared regularly. Rents are too costly for this quality.
Decent area with good roads and clean streets. The metro station or bus stands are easy to reach. Rents are a bit high but completely worth it.

Great place for families... Streets are safe even at night and streetlights work properly... Daily garbage pickup happens on time...
Area is okayish but traffic during peak hours is too much of a headache. Shops and markets are close by which is handy.

The roads are very bad and full of potholes... During rains the whole area gets waterlogged... Getting an auto is total loot here...
