Living in Hadapsar is great! My office in Magarpatta is just 10 minutes away, and Amanora Mall has everything I need for shopping and entertainment.

Public transport is excellent. I can easily get a PMPML bus or an auto, and cabs are always available, even late at night.

My apartment’s value has appreciated in the last few years, but resale is difficult due to increasing new projects in Hadapsar.

My investment in Amanora Township has paid off. It’s in demand, and tenants are always looking for well-maintained apartments here.

Weekend traffic near Seasons Mall is unbearable! The roads get choked, and finding parking inside the mall is frustrating.

I found that rental market is very good here and tenants are always looking for new properties hence I am happy investing here

Affordable rent was a big reason for choosing Hadapsar for me. While the area is developing, some parts still lack proper waste management and cleanliness.

I have been here for a couple of years now, and it’s been quite good. The area is well-connected, with markets, schools, and hospitals nearby.

The connectivity via Hadapsar Road is good, and there are many affordable rental options. The proximity to malls like Seasons Mall makes for a good social life.

Hadapsar is a very safe and profitable real estate market. Has a high rental demand from professionals working in the Hadapsar Industrial Area and nearby IT parks.

We moved to a township here for the excellent social infrastructure. There are schools like Kalyani School and Vivero International, and hospitals like Noble Hospitals. Everything is very close. Aditi Garden is a great place for evening strolls with the kids.

Hadapsar offers a very secure and comfortable life. All facilities, from healthcare to recreation, are within the township. However, the areas outside can be very crowded and chaotic.

The Hadapsar Gadital Bus Stand and the Hadapsar Railway Station offer good connectivity. However, the traffic on NH65 and Magarpatta Road is a major pain point. The commute can be very stressful during peak hours.
