I moved to Hadapsar Gaon two years ago and rent a 1 BHK for Rs. 10,500. It’s a bargain considering I work at Magarpatta, just 10 minutes away by bike. You simply won’t get this kind of proximity in areas like Kharadi or Viman Nagar unless you pay double.

Hadapsar Gaon still has that classic Pune culture with local temples, family-run kirana shops, and Marathi-speaking communities. But the traffic is insane here. Roads are always jammed and even internal lanes are narrow and feels crowded.

This is not a green area. There are a few small parks, but nothing like what you find in Amanora or Keshav Nagar.

Property prices here haven’t skyrocketed overnight, but they’ve moved up consistently. This is ideal for long-term investors. Since it's an established area, you won’t see massive spikes but you will see slow, stable growth in capital value and rent.

I rarely need to travel far for my day-to-day needs. Grocery stores, medical shops, small clinics, xerox shops, tailoring, local eateries, it’s all here. Even at 11 pm, there’s always a vada pav stall open around the corner. But peace is hard to come by here. Morning starts with honking autos and buses. And if your flat is road-facing, it’s even worse. Noise pollution is part of life in Hadapsar Gaon
