It is actually a nice area..with good connectivity to secunderabad. I rarely have to go far for groceries, medical stores, or basic shopping. Even malls like Anutex are not too far.

Quiet area and less pollution inside but if your office is in HITEC City or Gachibowl evn... commute will drain you, easily 1.5 hours one side in peak traffic. That’s just how Hyderabad traffic works from this side of the city...
