I have been living in Erandwane for six months now. The area is lively but not too crowded. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and good connectivity to Shivajinagar. Public transport is frequent and autos are easy to get. Rent is a bit on the higher side but worth it for the convenience.

I invested in Erandwane because of its central location. The area is mature with good infrastructure and steady tenant demand. Property values have shown consistent growth, especially near Karve Road and Jangli Maharaj Road.
