East Marredpally just feels very classy and vibrant. There are old trees and calm environment here. its also close to multiple metro lines like JBS and Secunderabad.

Rent is a bit higher in this part of the town. Parking is also tough for four wheelers but overall, i still like the vibe of this area. Very safe, family type, and peaceful

This is one of the most stable markets in hyderabad as per real estate. commercial properties also see a strong demand. But there's limited new construction so you get few options.

My living experience in East marredpally is pretty decent. its been 2 years i came here and my college is just off the lane. I like the peaceful vibe. there's a famous Jagannath Temple here. Theree are also many food joints here. Pricey but still manageable

Many internal roads are narrow and parking becomes difficult. especially for car owners. Maintainence costs are higher too if you compare with other localities. Anyway, this is a high demand area for families
