I work in marketing and needed a place with easy travel. From here, I can walk to Sector 52 metro, which saves a lot of time. Area feels lived-in, not fancy, but everything is nearby. Even late evening, it feels active.

What I like is the park nearby and decent neighbourhood. There are some issues with cleanliness in a few streets, but nothing major. Connectivity has improved a lot over the years.

Streets are a bit tight in some pockets, and parking is not always easy. Still, I like the convenience of nearby clinics and grocery stores. Good enough for working people.

Sector 51 is already settled, so rental income starts quickly. Metro access nearby keeps demand consistent. Returns may not be very high, but they are reliable.

Not the cleanest locality I’ve stayed in, but it’s manageable. Autos and e-rickshaws are always available. If maintenance improves, it will be much better.
