सिंहगड इन्स्टिट्यूट, गोखले एज्युकेशन सोसायटी जवळ आहे . भारती हॉस्पिटल, दीनानाथ मंगेशकर हॉस्पिटल हे मोठे मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल जवळच्या परिसरात उपलब्ध आहे. येथे सिंगहड इन्स्टिट्यूट जवळ असल्यामुळे शैक्षणिक वातावरण चांगले आहे. परवडणारे दर आणि कौटुंबिक वातावरण हे येथील मुख्य आकर्षण आहे. मात्र, वडगाव पूल/सिंहगड रोडवरील वाहतूक कोंडी ही प्रमुख समस्या आहे. येथे पायाभूत सुविधांचा विकास वेगाने होत आहे.

I rented a 2BHK in Dhayari last year. The area is quiet and rent is affordable, though commute during peak hours can be a bit slow.

I recently visited Dhayari for a friend's housewarming. It felt spacious and less congested than central Pune. Still developing, but pleasant overall.

I moved to Dhayari with my family for its calm vibe. Our apartment has good ventilation and a nice balcony view. It’s not crowded like central Pune. Wish there were more options for weekend entertainment, though.
