As someone working in DLF cyber city, the area is convenient but the price you pay does not feel worth it to me because there's less peace and more chaos here. Very noisy and crowded.

Been renting here for the past 4 years. The lifestyle is really good. Commute to office is barely 10 mins. The area feels safe too

I purchased a flat in 2022. the cost was higher than other gurgaon areas. But given the corporate proximity and rental demand, It's fair to expect good returns

Cyber City feels secure to me. There is CCTV surveillance on the road and in gated commercial zones. The environment is professional. It remains active and safe for employees working late.

The internal roads in this area are smooth and wide. NH 48 gets traffic jams during office hours. It is better to take the metro to avoid traffic.

Cyber City has top-class infrastructure. There are many sky touching commercial buildings. Walking around the area is quite safe. There are dedicated pedestrian areas beside roads.
