Rent is a bit high here. I rented here mainly for proximity to Cyber Hub and Udyog Vihar. The society is quiet, well-secured, and green.

The area is calm, traffic-free, and well-maintained. Feels safe to live here. But the downside is the lack of enough schools, hospitals nearby

Very spacious and green colony, and I love that the air feels fresher than central Gurgaon. But I feel the rent is expensive and landlords are selective about tenants. Some ask for too many formalities.

Rental demand is great here. The proximity to IT parks is a huge benefit which drives more professionals.

Love the greenery and fresh air. But there's no good malls or cafes nearby within the locality.
