Overall good locality. I have been here for 2 years.

Renting here is the ultimate hack for working at Bagmane Tech Park. I can literally walk to my desk in 15 minutes and beat the city's traffic

food options are mostly basic messes like local Udupi joints. For a proper night out or a craft beer, I usually head straight to Indiranagar since it is just a short auto ride .

Property prices have shot up because we are sandwiched between Old Madras Road and Indiranagar. The municipal corporation provides reliable Cauvery water which is a massive relief compared to the outer suburbs.

My biggest complaint is the severe lack of parking for visitors on our internal lanes. Because many older independent houses have been converted into builder floors, everyone parks on the streets. It leads to constant petty arguments with neighbors over blocked gates
