It is centrally located, thus there are many previlages like hospitals and schools which are really close to the city. Markets are available nearby. The transportation is very efficient. The public transport is really convenient and the nights are quite safe. There are parks which offer a peacefull environment.

It’s a good place to live but it gets dusty and noisy because of nearby construction and narrow roads.

Plenty of schools, cafes, and gyms nearby but public park or green space for kids are needed.

The area is growing steadily. It’s not flashy but has good location, demand, and accessibility.

Noise is a issue here becuase of the construction here but food and daily essentials are nearby.

I’ve seen steady interest from both families and bachelors looking for rentals here. The demand is good, but you have to keep your flat in top condition to stand out.

Living on B.T. Kawade Road is strategic for my daily commute to Magarpatta City and Kharadi (EON IT Park). I typically take the Ghorpadi-Hadapsar route or the Mundhwa road, which provides good connectivity and avoids the worst of the city's main traffic bottlenecks.
