I bought property in Bolarum because prices are reasonable. Growth is slow but stable. It’s a safe bet if you’re looking for long-term appreciation in Hyderabad’s outskirts.

I’ve owned my flat here for a couple of years. The locality is quiet and family-friendly. Some roads need repair, but overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and rent out.

I visited Bolarum recently and found it to be a quiet, residential locality. Not many attractions, but the old temples are interesting. It’s good for a calm day out, away from the city’s hustle.

I’ve been living in Bolarum for over a year. The locality is calm and family-friendly. Though some facilities need improvement, the accessibility to markets and schools makes it convenient for daily living.

Living in Bolarum is quite peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet with basic amenities nearby. Public transport is available, though not very frequent. Overall, it’s affordable and convenient for those who prefer a calm residential area.

The greenery here is actually very nice. There are open stretches, lakes nearby and wide cantonment roads in some parts.

Best investments here are independent houses, villa plots, and low-rise apartments. High rise demand is lower compared to Kompally

If you work in areas like hitech city, this can be a quieter area to live in but not practical. Commute will not be less than 45 mins everyday. Traffic can be exhausting too. My work is hybrid so this place is okay for me. what i love is the quiet residential lanes away from chaos

It’s a good place to own a home if you prefer space and calm over city buzz.

The area is safe and family friendly as lots of schools and residential colonies here. But if you’re someone who loves cafes, malls and pubs, you’ll feel the lack for sure. we usually go to kompally or secunderabad for those.
